The only confusing this is that these say to take 1-2 a day and I would kind of life to know which way it is. Should I be taking one a day or two a day? Right now I am doing one a day and they seem to be working fine. I have noticed that my eyes don't dry out quite as quickly as they normally do. Overall I am quite happy with both the taste and the effect of these gummy eye vitamins!
